DISA Limited has announced significant changes to its board, including the retirement of Non-Executive Chairman Toh Hock Ghim and the resignation of Independent Director Lau Kay Heng. In a strategic move, CEO Chng Weng Wah will take on the role of Executive Chairman, while Lim Soon Hock is appointed as the new Lead Independent Director, effective December 2024.
