DIRTT Environmental Solutions is repurchasing a significant portion of its outstanding convertible debentures at a discounted rate and has entered into a new support agreement with its two largest shareholders, which includes voting obligations and acquisition rights. The company has also amended its shareholder rights plan, which will be subject to shareholder ratification at an upcoming special meeting.
