Vanadium Resources Ltd. has issued a notice regarding the change in their Director Mr. Michael Davy’s interest in the company. As of June 19, 2024, Mr. Davy, through Davy Corp Pty Ltd ATF Davy Investment, has acquired an additional 2,211,280 Performance Rights across three tranches, while maintaining his holding of 16,724,394 fully paid ordinary shares. These changes were approved at the company’s General Meeting of Shareholders on May 29, 2024.
