Richmond Vanadium Technology Ltd has reported a change in Director Shuang Kui Ren’s interest in the company, showing a disposal of 1,833,327 ordinary shares valued at $669,664.26. Following this transaction, Ren’s direct interest stands at 2,434,411 shares, with additional indirect ownership remaining at 5,117,983 shares. The change, which includes both freely tradeable and escrowed shares, reflects a notable adjustment in the director’s stake in the firm.
