Director’s Shareholding Shift at High Peak Royalties

High Peak Royalties Limited (AU:HPR) has released an update.

High Peak Royalties Limited has disclosed a change in the interest of director Anthony Wooles, who has transferred 19,347,210 fully paid ordinary shares from AEW Holdings Pty Ltd to his A & A Super Fund A/C in an off-market transfer. Following the change, Wooles’ controlled holdings now consist of 1,902,790 shares in AEW Holdings and 19,347,210 shares in his superannuation account.
