Directly, Cox held 600,000 shares, while indirectly controlling more via his spouse and Zephyr Professional Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder. Notably, 225,000 Class I Performance Rights were disposed of, which had the potential to become exercisable upon meeting specific conditions.
