Zinc of Ireland NL has reported a significant change in the holdings of director Thomas Francis Corr, with an acquisition of 730,810 ordinary shares and the disposal of 1,000,000 placement options due to expiry. The transaction, part of an entitlement issue participation, has effectively doubled Corr’s direct shareholding to 17,678,360 shares, alongside his 2,000,000 Employee Incentive Plan options.
