In a recent update by Resources & Energy Group Limited, Director J Daniel Moore’s indirect interest in the company has increased due to the issuance of 8,333,333 ordinary shares. This change, approved by shareholders, settled outstanding invoices for services with shares valued at an effective price of $0.012 each. Following the transaction, Moore’s total holdings have risen to 20,333,333 ordinary shares and 5,000,000 options exercisable at $0.08 each, expiring on 31 August 2026.
