Timothy Farazmand, a Non-executive Director at Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC, has expanded his investment in the company by acquiring an additional 5,630 ordinary shares at 57.60 pence each, through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This latest transaction increases his total holdings to 193,248 shares, which now accounts for about 0.05% of the company’s issued share capital.
