Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Mr. Richard Caldwell, who purchased 300,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares on-market for a total consideration of $10,500, increasing his total holdings to 22,500,000 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period, and no prior written clearance was required.
