The fundraising includes a conditional placing and subscription, which will see the issue of over 38 million new shares, with Nant Capital LLC, the company’s largest shareholder, expressing substantial interest. The success of this fundraising, which is subject to shareholder approval, could mark a new phase of accelerated growth for the company.
