Diploma (GB:DPLM) has released an update.
Diploma PLC has announced that Anne Thorburn, currently serving as Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director, will join the Board of IMI plc in a similar capacity, starting from August 1, 2024. Her new role includes membership in the Nomination and Audit Committees. This move aligns with the regulatory requirements as per the Listing Rules.
