Dingdang Health Technology Group Ltd. has renewed its Products Procurement Framework Agreement with Renhe to continue connected transactions for three years starting January 2025. This agreement allows Dingdang to license trademarks from Renhe, enabling the procurement of self-branded products from third-party manufacturers. The move aims to meet the diverse needs of customers while adhering to Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.
