Ding Yi Feng Corrects Option Grant Details

China Investment Fund Company Limited (HK:0612) has released an update.

Ding Yi Feng Holdings Group International Limited, previously known as China Investment Fund Company Limited, has announced a correction to a previous supplemental announcement regarding the 3 million Option Grant. The corrected statement clarifies that no options were granted under the terminated 2011 Scheme and affirms that 3 million shares may be issued under the 2021 Scheme, which represents a mere 0.20% of the weighted average company shares in issue for 2023.
