DigitalX Limited has announced a rights issue offering to raise approximately $5.09 million by issuing new shares at $0.047 each, allowing eligible shareholders to purchase 1 new share for every 8 they currently own. The offer opens on December 31, 2024, and closes on January 24, 2025. This initiative is aimed at providing speculative investment opportunities for shareholders.
