DigitalBridge Group, Inc. has experienced a change in its board of directors, with Jon Fosheim stepping down from his roles, including the audit and compensation committees, without any operational disagreements. Shortly after, Ian Schapiro was appointed as an independent board member. With a robust background in investment and corporate governance, including senior advisory at Oaktree Capital Management and co-founding GFI Energy Ventures, Schapiro brings a wealth of experience to DigitalBridge. His compensation aligns with existing non-employee director policies, and he will also join the audit and compensation committees, assuring his independence in line with New York Stock Exchange regulations.
