Digital Turbine, Inc. has appointed Joshua Kinsell as its new Chief Accounting Officer, bringing in a wealth of experience from HighRadius Corp, Boomi, LP, and SailPoint Technologies, Inc., as well as a background in senior audit management at Deloitte LLP. Kinsell, also a certified public accountant with academic credentials from Baylor University, will be granted restricted stock units for 279,069 shares in the company, vesting over three years. His appointment comes with no material interests in transactions that require disclosure.
