Digital Core REIT Issues Units for Acquisition Fee

Digital Core REIT (SG:DCRU) has released an update.

Digital Core REIT has issued over 2 million units at a price of US$0.6013 each as payment for an acquisition fee related to the purchase of a 24.9% stake in the Frankfurt Facility. This issuance has adjusted the Manager’s total unitholding to approximately 0.934% of Digital Core REIT’s issued units, with the total number of units now standing at 1.3 billion. The transaction reflects the REIT’s ongoing expansion and the units are traded on the Singapore Exchange, with the usual market risks applying to investors.
