Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC has announced the appointment of Mr Eric Sanderson as the new Independent Non-Executive Chair, bringing his extensive experience in finance and investment banking to the role. Sanderson, who has held prominent positions at British Linen Bank and JPMorgan among others, will also join several committees within the company. His arrival is part of a managed wind-down process, as the company looks to maximize shareholder value.
