Digital 9 Infrastructure plc successfully passed several resolutions during their AGM, however, faced a setback as Aaron Le Cornu was not re-elected as Director, leading to immediate governance restructuring. The company is also in the process of a managed wind-down, with a focus on selling owned assets and making timely capital returns to shareholders. Interim measures include the re-appointment of Le Cornu and the search for a new Jersey resident Non-Executive Director.
