Digimarc Corporation has announced the appointment of George Karamanos as the new Executive Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary, starting April 8, 2024. Karamanos, with a rich background including roles at ZipHQ, DataRobot, and AppDynamics, and advising tech giants like Google and Spotify, brings extensive legal expertise to the table. Joel Meyer, the predecessor, is set to take on the role of Vice President of Intellectual Property and Innovation Strategy within the company.
