Digico Infrastructure REIT ( (AU:DGT) ) just unveiled an announcement.
DigiCo Infrastructure REIT reported a solid first-half FY26 performance, with underlying revenue up 12% to $108 million and EBITDA rising 15% to $57 million, while maintaining gearing at 35.8% and delivering a 6.0 cent distribution per security. Contracted IT capacity rose to 85MW following 22MW of new deals, leaving SYD1 fully contracted and prompting an organisational cost-out expected to save about $5 million annually.
In response to stronger-than-expected demand, the board has accelerated the 88MW expansion of its SYD1 data centre, targeting a 15% yield on cost and an estimated $1.50 uplift in net asset value per security as stages roll out over the next three years. Management will prioritise existing liquidity and potential Australian capital partners to fund the highly accretive project and is reaffirming FY26 guidance, signalling confidence in earnings growth and its strategy to close the gap between net asset value and the security price.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:DGT) stock is a Buy with a A$3.25 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Digico Infrastructure REIT stock, see the AU:DGT Stock Forecast page.
