The latest announcement is out from Digico Infrastructure REIT ( (AU:DGT) ).

DigiCo Infrastructure REIT has disclosed a change in the interests of non-executive director the Hon. Kelly O’Dwyer, who has increased her holding in the trust via the exercise of rights granted under the Non-Executive Director Equity Plan. Following the transaction, which represents tranche one of two for FY26 board fees taken in equity, O’Dwyer now holds an enlarged direct stake in fully paid stapled securities alongside an unchanged indirect interest held via the Jonkel Family Trust.

The adjustment in O’Dwyer’s equity position reflects the company’s practice of aligning director remuneration with securityholder outcomes by paying board fees partly in securities rather than cash. This structure modestly increases director ownership in the REIT, reinforcing governance and alignment incentives for stakeholders while signaling ongoing confidence in DigiCo Infrastructure REIT’s long-term digital infrastructure strategy.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:DGT) stock is a Buy with a A$3.54 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Digico Infrastructure REIT stock, see the AU:DGT Stock Forecast page.
