DigiAsia has entered into an amendment agreement with Greenhaven Road Capital Fund affecting the terms of a previously issued secured promissory note. The amendments include changes to the maturity date, the conditions of default, and the use of capital raise proceeds to pay down the note. The agreement also involves the transfer of DigiAsia shares to Greenhaven as part of the amendment conditions.
