Differ Group Auto Limited has announced further delays in the publication and dispatch of its 2023 Annual Results and Annual Report, now expected by 19th and 31st July 2024, respectively, due to additional time required by the Auditors to complete their procedures. Consequently, the Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting have also been postponed, and the company’s shares will continue to be suspended from trading. These delays represent a non-compliance with the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
