Differ Group Auto Limited has announced a further delay in the publication and dispatch of its 2023 Annual Results and Annual Report, originally due by 31 March and 30 April respectively, now postponed to no later than 28 June 2024. The company’s auditors have completed the necessary audit procedures, but additional time is needed to finalize the documents. Consequently, there is also a postponement of the Board Meeting that was scheduled to approve the results, with trading of the company’s shares remaining suspended.
