Diatreme Resources Limited has officially closed its off-market takeover bid for Metallica Minerals Limited, as per its recent market announcement. The offer, which was detailed in Diatreme’s Bidder’s Statement from 28 March 2024, concluded on 6 August 2024. The company has released a notice listing its top 20 shareholders following the closure of the bid, with HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited leading the group holding 23.79% of the shares.
