Diana Shipping Inc. has announced a new time charter contract for its Ultramax dry bulk vessel, the m/v DSI Altair, with Propel Shipping Pte. Ltd. The contract, at a daily rate of $15,750 less a 5% commission, will extend from late September 2024 to the end of December 2025, potentially generating over $6.24 million in gross revenue. This move comes as part of Diana Shipping’s broader fleet operations, which include a range of dry bulk vessels aimed at transporting commodities worldwide.
