Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. has completed the acquisition of key assets from Perigon Beverage Group, including agency contracts and intellectual property, for approximately $1.799 million. The transaction will be financed through the issuance of common shares in tranches over 18 months, with conditions based on gross margin targets.
