Diamcor Mining Inc. is extending the closing of the second tranche of its revised private placement to finalize participation with additional interested investors, with closure anticipated by June 27, 2024. The funds raised are earmarked for advancing the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project, supporting ongoing work programmes, and evaluating potential acquisitions to enhance shareholder value. The first tranche secured $1.4 million through the sale of units comprising shares and share purchase warrants.
