Diamcor Completes Funding for Mining Advancements

Diamcor Mining (TSE:DMI) has released an update.

Diamcor Mining Inc. has finalized a non-brokered private placement, securing a total of CND$2,006,300 after completing a second tranche that raised CND$600,300. The funds will support the advancement of the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project, drilling and bulk sampling, and potential acquisitions to enhance long-term shareholder value. The offering included the issuance of over 40 million units, each comprising a common share and a purchase warrant, and is subject to regulatory approvals.
