Dialight PLC, a leader in industrial LED lighting, has sold its North American Traffic Business to Leotek Electronics USA LLC, acquiring $5.8 million in gross proceeds. The sale, which leaves Dialight with $5.5 million net after costs, is part of a strategy to shed non-core assets and reduce group debt. This move will enable Dialight to concentrate more on its main industrial LED lighting activities post-transaction.
