Dialight (GB:DIA) has released an update.
Dialight PLC’s CEO, Steve Blair, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 5,756 ordinary shares at a price of 223.0785 pence each. This acquisition brings his total ownership to 80,055 shares, equating to 0.20% of Dialight’s issued share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
