Diales Plc, a global dispute consultancy firm, has announced that its employees, including COO Thomas Comerford, have exercised options for 244,510 ordinary shares. These shares were transferred from treasury to meet the exercise of options. As a result, the company’s total voting rights are now vested in 52,793,332 ordinary shares, excluding those held in treasury.
