Diageo PLC has announced that its non-executive director, Ireena Vittal, has taken on an additional role as a non-executive director at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, effective August 28, 2024. The appointment adds to Vittal’s portfolio, with Maruti Suzuki being a major player listed on both the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange in India.
