D&G Technology Holding Company Limited (HK:1301) has released an update.

D&G Technology Holding Company Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024, where all proposed resolutions, including the approval of audited financial statements, the election of executive and non-executive directors, and the declaration of a special dividend of HK$0.07 per share, were unanimously passed by shareholders. The AGM also saw the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company auditor, with all resolutions receiving 100% votes in favor.
