DFR Gold Inc. has restructured its stakes in two African gold projects, exchanging its 40% interest in Mali’s Kalaka Project for an increased 51% majority interest in Nigeria’s Gurara Project, resulting in a singular focus on Gurara without additional financial consideration. The Gurara Project, operated by PW Nigeria Mining Limited, offers promising exploration potential in a historically underexplored gold-bearing region. The transaction, which simplifies DFR’s asset portfolio, is still pending final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
