DFR Gold Inc. shareholders have unanimously approved all management proposals at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, is engaged in gold exploration and mine development in West Africa, with key projects in Nigeria and Burkina Faso, and also owns a zircon exploration project in Madagascar.
