DFI Retail Appoints New CFO Amid Transition

DFI Retail Group Holdings (GB:DFIJ) has released an update.

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Tom van der Lee as the new Group Chief Financial Officer starting October 1, 2024. Van der Lee, who has been with DFI since 2016 and possesses over 20 years of regional experience, succeeds Clem Constantine upon his retirement. Constantine, who has significantly contributed to DFI’s financial and strategic development, will continue to offer advisory support until March 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
