Dexus Industria REIT has announced the appointment of Melanie Jane Bourke as a director on July 17, 2024. Upon her appointment, the new director currently holds no securities in the company. The required disclosure, made under the listing rule 3.19A.1, shows no additional interests in contracts or securities not directly registered in her name.
