Dexus Industria REIT has announced a new dividend distribution for its fully paid ordinary/stapled securities with a per unit amount of AUD 0.041, set to be paid on November 14, 2024. Shareholders must be on record by September 30, 2024, after the ex-date of September 27, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend.
