Dewhurst Group PLC, a leading provider of components to various industries, has announced the internal promotion of Jeremy Dewhurst to Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 1, 2024. Jeremy, currently the Chief Transformation Officer and a director at subsidiary A&A Electrical Distributors, will succeed Jared Sinclair, who transitions to the role of Chief Integration Officer while remaining on the board.
