DevEx Resources Ltd has announced a change in their Director Tim Goyder’s interest in the company, detailing a recent acquisition of 1,300,015 fully paid ordinary shares through the TRB Goyder Superannuation Fund, an indirect interest. The notice disclosed that Goyder’s total indirect holdings now amount to 76,736,073 shares after the transaction, valued at $149,376.71.
