DevEx Resources Ltd has announced the appointment of Todd James Ross as a director, effective from 30 September 2024. Ross is set to receive up to 3 million unlisted options and 297,333 performance rights, subject to shareholder approval, with expiry dates ranging from 2027 to 2028. These incentives are connected to an Executive Employment Agreement and hinge on specific performance milestones.
