DevEx Director’s Shareholding Changes

DevEx Resources Ltd (AU:DEV) has released an update.

DevEx Resources Ltd has announced a change in the interests of director Richard Hacker, as per the latest director’s interest notice. Mr. Hacker has increased his indirect interest in the company through the Emerald Super Fund and the Hacker Family Trust No.2 by acquiring 690,000 fully paid ordinary shares while disposing of the same class of shares from the Hacker Family Trust. The transactions, including off-market transfers and share acquisitions, resulted in a change in his total indirect shareholdings.
