Deveron Corp., a leading North American agriculture service and data company, has successfully completed a private placement of $575,000 through 575 unsecured convertible debentures. The proceeds are earmarked for general working capital, and the debentures come with a three-year maturity and a 12% annual interest rate, with an option for holders to convert into common shares after the first year.
