Deveron Corp. Settles Debt with Equity Issue

Deveron UAS (TSE:FARM) has released an update.

Deveron Corp., a leading North American agriculture services and data company, has successfully settled a $400,000 debt through the issuance of over 5.7 million units. These units include common shares and purchase warrants, which allow for the acquisition of additional shares at a set price until a specified future date.
