Deveron Corp., a prominent North American agriculture services and data company, has successfully negotiated a Settlement Agreement with key stakeholders, including Greg Patterson, and is launching a Private Placement to raise up to CAD$3 million. The funds will be allocated for general working capital and partial repayment of certain promissory notes, with the condition that at least CAD$2.6 million is raised to ensure the withdrawal of a shareholder meeting requisition and to extend the repayment period of the promissory notes.
