Deveron Corp. faces a delay in filing its annual financial statements, prompting the Ontario Securities Commission to issue a failure-to-file cease trade order, halting stock trading until documents are completed. The delay stemmed from shareholder requisitions and financing challenges, but the company has since secured funding and is working to resolve the issue. Shareholders are urged to participate in the upcoming annual meeting on October 25, 2024.
