Deveron Corp., a leading North American agriculture services and data company, has received a requisition from 2736130 Ontario Inc., controlled by board member Greg Patterson, for an annual and special meeting of shareholders. The meeting’s agenda includes reviewing the company’s audited financial statements, appointing auditors, re-confirming the stock option plan, and proposing changes to the Board of Directors. Deveron is currently assessing the requisition and will issue a response within the legally mandated timeframe.
